Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Order Tracking
- After your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number within 1–2 business days.
- You can track your package on our website or on the carrier’s tracking page.
Address or Order Changes
- If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
- Approved changes may require 1–2 extra business days to process.

Tracking Not Updating
- Tracking may take 1–2 business days to show updates after shipment.
- If your tracking still doesn’t work after 3 business days, please email [email protected] and we’ll help.
Missing Items
If anything is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Late Deliveries
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 2 business days so we can check with the carrier and assist you.
